New projects.

Although The Amber Code ended sometime last summer some of its former members are hard at work on new projects. Although Daryl (bass) has projects in the works in NJ I'm not sure of specifics so when I hear of them I'll be sure to link it. As for myself and Corey we've been hard at work with our new project The Resurrection so please be sure to check it out and tell us what you think. Can't wait for the summer.

New Track up on Purevolume!

Holy crap, what a long time it's been since I could post such happy news. We have finally finished everything for our upcoming CD and we couldn't more happy with the way everything's turned out. As of yesterday the final artwork has been approved, the merch designs are being processed and we will have our CD fully shrinkwrapped, bar coded and ready to rock by our CD release show on April 1st @ VP South in Amityville NY (Long Island).

Speaking of merch we will have t-shirts and hoodies available that fn rule like you wouldn't believe.

Anyway be sure to check out our Purevolume page for a track that isn't up here on Myspace, and you can find it by following the link from this image:

Be sure to drop us a line either here or purevolume (or both) as we've been working so hard on this for so long... and ALL comments will be greatly appreciated.

I'm out to party harder than a rockstar so have a great weekend all.

Hey TAC, how come there's no music on your myspace page today?

Well, you see...In order to best serve you, our dear fans and friends...we will have BRAND NEW TRACKS up for you very shortly. We decided that having the old tracks up from 2 years ago (not to mention, with no Corey or Daryl on them) was not representative of what we are now. Sooo...with that being said, you will be rocking out to the NEW SHIT in no time. There will be remakes of the 3 songs that were up here, as well as a brand new track for you all to enjoy. Other cool stuff coming soon: new myspace layout, new songs on purevolume (with a brand new track EXCLUSIVE to pv), updated website, shirts and other sweet merch, and our first EP, coming out April 1st. I suck at posting these blog things. Plus I'm sick. Waaaah.

With the long-awaited Ep finally done (the ruff mixes should be up in the coming week) we're looking to hit the road and start booking some out of state weekend shows...So if ya live in a nearby state (RI, CT, NJ, PA, MA, Mass...etc) and ya know a sick club that we need to play, let us know and maybe we'll come rock it with ya freaks.

Thanks to all who came: VPS, 12/29! SEND US YOUR PICS

On behalf of TAC, I'd like to thank all of our friends and fans - both the seasoned vets and the newbies we made just last night - who came out to VPS and supported us and every other band there. Needless to say, the show was effing awesome and we couldn't have been happier with the turnout and response. Our friends of SI, ATW YoC and STC were all fucking brilliant as usual and I know we'll all be playnig shows together in the future (so look out for that good stuff).

On THAT note, I noticed that we had a LOT of people snapping away with their cameras in the front, blinding us by the light ... so, please send us ALL of your pics from last night so we can hopefully post some of them (giving you full credit of course!) and laugh at the faces we made.

Thanks again, everyone -- and Happy New Year!

Aaron

A Nightmare Walking

Due to popular demand we've posted a brand spankin' new track, A Nightmare Walking to our Myspace page. We've also been in contact with various venues to setup some shows in the near future, so as soon as anything is concrete we'll post it to the shows section. For now please be sure to check out the new song and tell us what you think! We'll be posting She Locked the Door shortly, we just wanted to get Nightmare up as soon as the rough mix was complete.

We'd also like to send a shoutout to Chiba-ken and Year of Confession - the show on thursday was AWESOME and we can't wait to rock out with our boys again... Good times.

New Website, New CD, New Everything

We've been keeping ourselves busy with the new recordings and rebuilding the website. As soon as the recordings are rough mixed we will post them to myspace/purevolume so keep checking them for updates - we can't wait for everyone to hear them. We just recently finished both the bass tracks and vocals, and this is going to be some heavy stuff, get your helmets and elbow pads ready. First up will be the new recording of the ever popular She Locked the Door and a brand new one for all of our myspace fans, A Nightmare Walking.
